INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR ADMISSION TO STD XI SCIENCE & COMMERCE FOR THE SESSION 2019-20:

1. In the online application form enter  total marks or Grade Points obtained in SA1 Exam in 3 subjects  

(For  PCM or PCB total marks or Grade Points in SA1 i.e. English +Science + Mathematics) , 

(For Commerce total marks or Grade Points in SA1 i.e. English+Social Studies+ Mathematics).

1. In case the board examination results are declared, In the online application form enter  total marks/Grade Points obtained in BOARD EXAM in 3 subjects  (For  PCM or PCB total marks/Grade Points in BOARD EXAM in English+Science+Mathematics), (For Commerce stream   total marks/Grade Points in BOARD EXAM in English+Social Studies+Mathematics).
2. The photos of the candidate, father & mother are required to be uploaded in JPEG format size not exceeding 100 KB. The photo of the candidate is mandatory.
3. Also upload a copy of SA-1 or Pre board Result in upload document column if any. Otherwise leave it blank.
4. After filling in the details on the application form applicants are required to submit the application online and take a printout of the system generated application form. Please fill in the details only for which you can submit documentary evidence.
5. Applicants should keep a copy of the printout of duly filled registration form for their record. 
6. Please submit only one registration form per applicant. Children with Duplicate Registrations will not be considered.
7. After submission of application you will get a Form Number but it will be approved & valid after deposition of Printouts of Registration Form  (In A4 size Portrait format only) and Payment of Rs.500/- (Five Hundred Only) in the school counter. No Fee is chargeable for the own students of DAV Public School, Gumla.
8. Payment of Registration fee by any other mode is not acceptable.
9. Self Attested Photocopy of Board Mark sheet is to be submitted on the day of Admission Test.
10. The School Management reserves the right to add, alter, amend or cancel any of the rules, procedures prevailing at any time which will be binding on the students, parents / guardian.
11. Provisional Admission of the  students will be taken only if they satisfy the basic criteria and selected through written test. BOARD EXAM MARKS STATEMENT is to be submitted on the day of Entrance Test i.e. 04.06.2017, Sunday
